BMW 3 Series Model Description
Two poignant character lines introduce a dynamic movement as they taper towards the BMW logo and embrace it while the shoulder line emerges from the headlights and runs parallel back toward the rear of the car optically stretching the vehicle. This effect adds a special sporting appeal which is also visible in the athletic, sculpted wheel arches. Convex and concave surfaces meet with an upward and downward movement of lines to make the front appear wider and more dynamic. It's the proportions that make the BMW 3 Series look exquisitely dynamic. The smooth-running 2.5-litre straight six-cylinder engine boasts a lightweight aluminium and magnesium construction and develops a sporty 160 kW (218 hp) in the 325i. Also impressive: acceleration from zero to 100 km/h in 6.9 seconds and a top speed of 247 km/h. The 3-litre six-cylinder in-line petrol engine with its High Precision Injection and twin turbochargers delivers a mighty 400 Nm torque and a peak output of 225 kW (306 hp).
