Favourites Race Ahead of Lexus Celebrity Challenge

...test after two days' intensive driver training.Four of the drivers appeared to break away from the pack during driver training - with model Jessica Hart, former AFL footballer Sav Rocca, musician Brian McFadden and Olympic Swimmer Giaan Rooney shaping up to be strong competitors in the Lexus Celebrity Challenge."Everyone's calling me the favourite, but I think Brian McFadden will be the one to watch," says Sav Rocca.But Brian McFadden says: "Sav's the man to catch. The race is going to be amazing."TV Presenter and former Olympian Giaan Rooney remains coy: "I'm not the favourite - the best thing about it all is that we all leave better drivers".

Proof positive that the Lexus Celebrity Challenge improves driving skills is the youngest of the group, 19-year-old pro-surfer Laura Enever. Laura, who is still on her P plates, has embraced the Lexus Celebrity Challenge.

"I've learned to be more confident behind the wheel - this is great fun. I really like the car and the fact that it's a hybrid is cool."

The Lexus Celebrity Challenge will make history this weekend, becoming a world-first race for hybrid-only vehicles - using Lexus' newly-launched CT 200h hybrid hatch.The Lexus CT 200h will launch at this weekend's Qantas Australian Formula One Grand Prix - March 24-27.
