These measures included CERR - an effective risk reputation coefficient, created by ActValue - taking into consideration the level of emotions expressed by the users on the web in their opinions.
“This is an important element and not at all secondary,” Barchiesi said. “Thanks to a semantic analysis and keywords analyzed in detail, we’re able to measure emotions with which opinions are expressed even before we start using software that measures reputation. The strength of these emotions, as well as positive content, is what brought Ferrari to the top of the podium.”
